Suites start at $250/week and vary based on size and location within the building. Text us for current availability and exact pricing for the suite that fits your needs.
We offer 12-month leases, which come with move-in perks and priority pricing. Prefer more flexibility upfront? A 6-month term is available at a slightly higher rate. After your first 12 months, your lease automatically shifts to month-to-month with just 30 days’ notice to terminate, so you get long-term stability without being locked in indefinitely.
We require one week’s rent and a refundable deposit which is held until move-out.

Getting started is simple: fill out an online application, and we’ll run a background and credit check. Once approved, we’ll finalize your lease agreement, with your deposit due at the time of signing.

Your Suite

Our Southwest Omaha location makes us an easy commute for professionals and clients from Omaha, Papillion, La Vista, Millard, Bellevue, Springfield, Elkhorn, and surrounding communities.
