What security features does the building have?

The building is protected by an after-hours alarm security system, plus 24-hour suite access through our building app for added peace of mind.

Is there a waiting area for clients?

Yes! The building offers spacious, comfortable common areas where your clients can wait.

What tenant amenities are available?

Tenants have access to two lounges equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, sink, and seating area, plus two laundry rooms with complimentary washers and dryers.
